CPCA is the lead agency for eight (8) food pantries operated in Centre County and nine (9) in Clearfield County, providing oversight for State Food Purchase Program (SFPP) dollars and The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) funding. Food Pantry services provide emergency and supplemental food and food stamp application assistance. Income eligibility guidelines for the state or federal food program are 185% of poverty and below.

This program is operated in accordance with the Federal civil rights law and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA.
