CPCA has partnered with the Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging to provide meals to qualifying individuals through the Pennsylvania Human Services Development Fund. Home Delivered Meals can be provided to Clearfield County residents, ages 18-59, who are income eligible or receive Medicaid, considered homebound, and not able to prepare their own meals. Through this program, certain dietary needs may be able to be met upon request.
-Homemaker Services
Homemaker Services can be provided for Clearfield County residents needing help with non-medical personal care, light housekeeping, laundry, or other home management tasks. This can be on a temporary basis, in cases of injury, illness, etc. that may leave you unable to perform household duties or on an ongoing basis. Participants must be income eligible and deemed unable to perform household duties.
